FAQs

Are you currently accepting textiles?

We’re preparing for our pilot project intake. If you’re a supplier, contact us with your location, estimated volume, and material type, and we’ll follow up with intake requirements and timing.

What types of textiles do you accept?

We focus on post-consumer clothing and household textiles (e.g., linens). Mixed fibre textiles are acceptable for assessment, but we may prioritize streams that match current pilot needs.

Do you accept donations from the public?

Not yet at broad public scale. During the pilot, we prioritize supplier and partner streams for consistency. If you’re an organization or municipality looking to support collection, please contact us.

Do you offer pickup, or is drop-off required?

It depends on location and volume. For pilot-scale quantities, drop-off may be preferred. For larger volumes or partner agreements, pickup may be possible.

What condition should textiles be in?

Whenever possible, textiles should be clean and dry and free of non-textile contamination. If your material isn’t in that condition, contact us—we can discuss what’s feasible.

What products do you sell?

In Phase 1, our focus is reclaimed/opened fibre (mechanically processed). In later phases, we aim to produce additional recycled outputs such as cellulose and recycled polyester materials from mixed-fibre textiles.

What industries are a good fit for reclaimed/opened fibre?

Common applications include nonwovens, insulation, upholstery/fill, automotive felt, carpet underlay, and other material recovery uses. If you have specifications, we’d love to review them.

Can you provide samples?

Pilot samples may be available in limited quantities. Share your spec requirements (composition, moisture limits, format, minimum shipment size), and we’ll confirm what we can provide and when.

Are you operating commercially yet?

We’re in a pilot-first stage. Our current priority is setting up operations, validating process steps, and building supplier/buyer partnerships before scaling.
